It's bad enough that HEMP is dropping daily and then to have to pay a surcharge too, man you better switch brokers. TDAmeritrade only charge a flat commission, so no extra charge for pennies. Sharebuilders charge .007 per share under $1, max of $500. Do your broker DD next time.
