Regarding trading Hemp thru Scottrade. It's really too expensive to trade any pennies below $1.00 there. They charge an EXTRA fee that equals .005 of the PRINCIPAL for each buy & sale PLUS the standard trading fee, even so, last week they couldn't execute when the price & volume went above the sell price repeatedly on an order. SCOTTRADE JUST COULDN'T EXECUTE. I question whether they are connected to an ECN(Electronic Communications Network)during all trading hours. They gave nonsensical excuses, but they just couldn't perform. Even rarely, if I would buy a small amount of a penny thru them to hold longer term, if they can't execute, why bother with them. Of course, there are much less expensive online brokers for daily trading of pennies that can get the trades made.
