Ok, I just spoke with the representative at BMA Securities who is handling the Regen BioPharma sponsorship. He confirmed what inventor1 has been saying. He said that they are awaiting approval from FINRA for the price point for RGBP to begin trading at. Yes, I am aware it is already trading however he said there were unsolicited piggyback trades. He said they do have the right to do that so it is not illegal. He stated that once FINRA approves the price point, which he said he was not able to disclose to me because it is private, BMA Securities will have a 30 day exclusivity where no other market makers will be allowed to set the market for RGBP. He also stated that they expect to be up and running this week but could not say for certain whether that would be later today or by the end of the week.
