The one catalyst that can reverse all of the negativity is on October 15 which is when VRNG formally submits its request to the CAFC for a "en banc" review.

If the court accepts the en banc review you can bet a change in the ridiculous decision is coming. VRNG will explode to the upside.

If on the other hand the request is rejected than the case is virtually over and we bank on the foreign courts upholding VRNG's infringement against ZTE.
