It's quite clear that:

1) Steve Jobs invested 20 million dollars to buy the rights for all use of liquidmetal in consumer electronics. He did not invest a penny in Tom Steipp or Liquidmetal management.

2) Swatch bought the rights to the technology in watches. They invested their own money in developing their own in house processes of using LQMT.
They did not invest in Tom Steipp or Liquidmetal management. They invested in their own management and capabilities to develop liquidmetal.

3) Materion has invested money in their own plant and equipment.
They did not pay LQMT for the rights to manufacture Liquidmetal ingots.
They did not invest in Tom Steipp or his team of clowns.

4) Engel saw a great way to expand their business of making injection molding machinery. They have invested in their own plant and equipment.
They have not invested in LQMT management. Engel has a proven track record of making revenues and profits. They do not need any advice from Tom Steipp. Further, Engel made the deal to develop an injection molding machine with John Kang. Not Tom Steipp.

5) Lockheed Martin came into the fold of Liquidmetal via Bill Johnson of Caltech, the founder and developer of zirconium based Liquidmetals. When Johnson left LM, LM discontinued his previous projects.

By Tom Steipp's own words, Liquidmetal only has invested in the canards (both types) and Lockheed has not paid them a cent.

Please, GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. Past history has never hurt those who are schooled and those who follow those who would encourage you to part with your money prematurely are not hoping to get you excited with sound facts.

Whether ICC or Al Gore oriented, it still only matters when revenues are produced.

All of Liquidmetal partners make revenues.

You conveniently left out Barney Visser. He is the only one who actually invested in LQMT and loaned them money. Note, too, that he is no longer a partner.

The real question to ask, is "WHY DOES LIQUIDMETAL MANAGEMENT not have any REVENUES?

It's a bit like an amateur playing poker with 5 BIG professionals at the table. All of them have made money with their gambles. Only Liquidmetal leaves the table penniless. LM has given more away in future IOU's or should I say YDOM's You don't owe me's than any of the money they have invested in LQMT management or anything LQMT management has touched.

If you dispute this, please list the dollar amounts they have given to LQMT management either in cash or goods or services.
