Shareholders are locked in:

Less than 10,000 shares are own by the shareholders,

A Hedge Fund out of Texas owns 50% of all of the shares and

Manangement controls the balance of the shares, with that known,

how can we have a stable viable market for VAPE stock,

the stock is to illiquid.
