What that means is more pass the hot potato. The DTCC sends to the T A who puts the brokers name on the new ones which go back to the broker who then sends them back to the T A who then sends back the new ones in the clients names back to the broker who then mails them to the true owners. Did you EVER hear of such utter utter Bull Chit ? It's a stall again. And don't worry .. The Task Force knows it.
