The A/S is still 2,000,000,000 [2 Billion], and that was not reduced by the latest rape of shareholders, the 1:1000 reverse split. BTW this is the second R/S, the previous one was 1:500.

A 1:1000 reverse split by a Pink with a Stop Sign is for one reason only, to declare bankruptcy of the stock, (but not the company).

But the 1:1000 reverse split will temporarily increase the PPS, but Mariners Choice has nothing attractive to offer as a company, it's just for gutsy day traders. Or perhaps a crew will arrive soon and attempt to run this sucker.

That old wives tale of attracting better buyers is just that.

A reverse split of 1:1000 without reducing the A/S is a kiss of death.
