Unsolicited trading at OTC is nothing unusual, e.g. take a look at WMI$ which emerged from Wamu bancruptcy, after nearly 2 years they are still trading on OTC without clearance from the company (you can check on otcmarkets.com). So IMO this is nothing to worry about.
