GM.all. May be everyone here knows this but, I noticed a company's name "Fluor" on the annual report. It is in a column, below.
Fluor Inc. is not a F-100 company but 109th largest company over all. (By the way, there was no mentioning of any companies in the 2013 Annual report.)
To find such name is a big news to me, and it gets me a question – what is the difference between Fluor and F-100 companies? Other two companies are on the non-disclosure agreements, but not Fluor?
I am confused. So, when some one talks to Rich, please ask about this for me. I already sent Rich a mail two days ago, but no reply. So, I am hesitate to ask another question to him

(From 2014 Annual report)
F. Dependence on One or a Few Major Customers. List major customers and percentage of income reported if applicable. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2014, the Company was dependant on Fluor, Inc. and two other private companies. The Company is under non-disclosure agreements regarding the scope
of each customer’s use of the EASE platform and the amount of billing related thereto. The
Company has completed multiple SOWs (Statement of Work) over the course of FY 2014.

Also, the Annual report said that Yippy was informed by one of its client that before the client could enter into a long term formal agreement, Yippy would have to be certified by the ISO. And, mentioned “three firms” (below,) Does it include Fluor?

(From Annual report)
The Company will have to maintain the following certificates and/or accreditations.
ISO 27001 - Certificate
ISO 27002 - Letter of Compliance
FISMA - Letter of Compliance
HIPPA – Certificate As of the date of this report, the Company was negotiating with three firms to provide the Company with the needed ISO compliances. The Company expects to have these completed by
December 31, 2014.
