The question is will this be the last we hear from Mr. Aruda or is he waiting for another crucial timeframe?



As part of the agreement signed, he (Aruda) would be required to sign away his right to any future litigation against Menon/CTIX concerning such matters. That is standard practice for these types of settlements. He signed away his right to any further legal recourse, so the answer is no, we will not hear from him again.
