I wouldn't doubt "Aruda" muscled his way in to Menon's patent. "He may have made an offer he could not refuse"
The question is will this be the last we hear from Mr. Aruda or is he waiting for another crucial timeframe? Will Menon come forth with any other complications that Mr. Aruda could present in the future? Is Aruda's business legit or just a mob front?
Minimum $16 million plus royalties at stake here, could there be an investigation from SEC/FBI?
