1. Koos had no control over when Regen started trading since he did not do a true IPO. I don't know if this is true or not, but I can't understand why it would start trading and he wouldn't have a PR ready or do an official IPO. Makes zero sense. He could have set the IPO at a $1 and made a ton of money.
2. If he has control over the go live date: Hema was not yet approved and he needs money. So Koos let it go live to sell shares of Regen. This makes little sense as well since he could just sell more shares of BMSN.
3. The scenario I hope is true is that he has a line of PR's ready and waiting. Why he is waiting while RGBP tanks, I don't know. Again, this doesn't make sense either.
In summary, everything Koos has done to this point does not seem to make sense. Is he really that bad of a business person?
Any ideas?
