And. . .the issue of any type of shorting won't be heard in that trial a year from now. WSGI and their legal team were given two opportunities to plead their case on the issue and their efforts failed. Their shorting claims didn't even survive the initial challenge from La Jolla. The debate is over in the eyes of the Courts. Get it?
