There is never a clear explanation in response to your question. Many popular companies will see a stock price go down on good news as one would assume should uptrend psychologically. But there are to many variables to take into consideration. The supply and demand is what will always dictate the price movement. Look at DGLY as an example and that sector in general past few days. The supply and demand in that sector is what moves the price action at that given moment (momentum) and not necessarily good news at all for it's competitors and yet the price moves up for all in general with no news. The same thing is happening here. Again, supply and demand. Patience is a virtue my friend.
