Why is it that a PR comes out on Feb 11 announcing it hit 1.2v and the stock price does nothing. It goes sideways for several more weeks then on Mar 4 puts out a fluff PR and the stock price begins to move up and over a period of about a week hits a high of just over .13. Obviously news doesn't matter, at least historically it hasn't. Another fluff PR comes out in mid July and the stock spikes again. Another fluff PR comes out in mid Aug and the stock goes down. I guess this stock moves up/down on fluff PRs not news of any substance. Seems like many think hitting the next milestone in v measures is supposed to be the catalyst even though historically its not been.
