Danny...maybe the PR from the lobbying group really wasn't from the lobbying group that are members of this board. But perhaps from an individual/entity that monitors this board, and has an interest in not having things go well for IDCC and/or IDCC share price. What you just summarized has been a whole lot of activity centered around a previous "no-notoriety" stock. But a stock and company that has taken a beating ever since the Motorola trial. Now, IDCC has settled with Ericy and the control of this stock and the future of this company has become untethered. We also have the notification that there is an indemnifier. So perhaps this goes beyond a group of private individual investors...and perhaps there is a conspiracy. But, as I said the control of IDCC's future and the share price is now out of someone hands...and they are attempting bring it down again or escape relatively unscathed or gain control again. Way too much has occured since the middle of March for all of this to be a coincidence....Especially this article in the WSJ.
So we know it comes down to money: who/what can lose money/marketshare/power/control if IDCC is successful as a company...and/or who/what can lose money/control if IDCC's share price appreciates?
