Most recently he has been involved in the development of several energy projects including; ethanol, biomass, waste to energy Tom has been responsible for delivering complex construction projects in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Tom’s focus includes; establishing the overall business strategy, providing the vision and purpose to advance the company’s mission and objectives as well as project planning, go / no go decision making, pre-construction, customer relations, business development, and program management support.

Roger Silverthorn, the Company’s current CFO, is assuming the newly-created position of Vice President of Business Development and will assist Mr. Morgan in the transition as well as focus on the Company’s various strategic activities.
It should be noted that our current CFO, Roger Silverthorn, is NOT leaving Cirque Energy. Mr. Silverthorn will be using his energy industry expertise more focused on our current development, mergers, and acquisition opportunities.
Akuo Investment Management is currently raising funds for its second euro-denominated fund, Green Infra Europe, and has just had its new dollar-denominated fund, Green Infra Americas, approved by the CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial regulator. The goal is to raise a total of 150 million euros through the first fund and 100 million dollars through the second.
