"Proposed Maximum Offering Price Per Share"-$0.24.

I can't seem to wrap my head around understanding what Proposed Maximum actually means. Taken literally, it makes me think that caps the sell of the new dilution at .24. And it would be in the financiers best interest to liquidate above that. But I honestly don't know.

I'm thinking they can have all the shares(75 million) at .24, but no lower than .10. We can be confident the financiers won't lose. And isn't there a cap on the number of shares that can be sold per day?

If you would like to explain it to the board, assuming you are experienced in that type of thing, it might help.

I will say Steipp seems to be getting better at negotiating these dilutive deals. 2012-13. What a mess that was. Drove it to a nickel.
