I would not want to be the law firm that obviously leaked information that was specifically requested during the initial stages of a future legal case.
Releasing inside information, especially financials, makes a mockery of the very legal system that is designed to protect shareholders and companies prior to the actual case.
The judge definitely will hold law firms and individuals accountable because the information was not put in the public domain.
The SEC has strict rules against listing financials without proper exposure to everyone at the same time.
IFUS has not listed one bit of information because legitimate law firms and the companies they represent like IFUS respect the privacy, protection, and legal rights entitled under the very constitution and ethics the system is designed to uphold.
The tooth paste may be out of the bottle, but a judge can hold a law firm in contempt, impose substantial finds, restrict future information from being released,or quite frankly dismiss the case because of the failure to abide by the conduct expected by our legal system.
