Madman, that answer is simple to me!!!

I work for a very large company, the only reason we even look at smaller companies is if there is something to gain for us...

The answer is that TDCP has shown them something that they think will make them money, loads of money... Plain and simple!!!

They would not bother with a million here and there, they would be looking at long term growth and huge potential profits...

These decisions are not made by a single person, but a board that looks out for the good of the company as a whole...

I have to believe that, along with the non-disclosure agreement that they would have had to sign, they seen something that convinced them to get into bed with a small struggling company with a huge up side!!!
