Ok, but you said something about a better exchange and then about uplisting and his trip to NYSE, so i thought you meant Nasdaq or NYSE because pink and QB are still the same exchange, over the counter, OTC.

When i told Mr S, that shareholder expected a QB stock because of the IPO filing he said,
he doesn´t have all informations from the old shell owner and then it will be difficult with audited financials.
