We had a great Labor Day.
Kids were in town from Austin, so we had a pool party. I made my famous Baby Back Ribs (which were excellent as usual if I do say so myself ). Also grilled some Hatch Chile Monterrey Jack Cheese Chicken sausages and corn on the cob. We had plenty of side dishes to go along with all that too (Tater Salad, Deviled Eggs, Cucumber and Greens Salad).
Topped it off with make your own ice cream sundaes that paired very well with home made chocolate chip cookies that were offered up by my soon to be daughter-in-law's mom.
