If it was over it isn't anymore. He did it to himself. Someone has to make him accountable. The SEC obviously are not doing that great of a job (IMO). I still hope that Mark is on the up and up but like I said before, the longer Mark delays this form 10/audit filing the more guilty he looks. His quietness the last two weeks is not helping him.
