Forgot to mention in penny land the action can be a lot more extreme with dilution and potential.But along with dilution and volatility comes reward. I mean people always complain about dilution but the market is all about timing and i believe dilution sometimes lets you get in at a good price. tcel definitely needed to dilute to raise money. IMO.
