My son is stationed overseas and we have sent many packages, not one shows leaving the states on USPS tracking, but he has received every one of them. IMO, they are using this glitch in the USPS tracking site to try and fool peeps.

In case I forgot to mention it above, Always Just My Very Humble Opinion
