We both know that the aquisitio have happend and for puur IRS matters and time table is being pushed down the road as News and PRESS release from the BOD.

In your opinion,

May a WMIH capitalization and a M&A have already taken place*? I mean what's your interpretation of the Changes** in Equity Ownership* that have already occurred during 2014?

**: Does the year 2014, 42'5% Change in Equity Ownership mean that Those KKR warrants have already been exercised ?
**: Does the year 2014, 50% Change in Equity Ownership mean that
1) KKR has already participated up to 50% in equity offerings up to an aggregate of $1 billion by the Company
2) Certain limitations, including a cap on ownership by KKR of 42.50% of the Company's common equity have already been "removed"
3) KKR and TPS are together in a new driver's position of our BoD/Company?
