Lets see...Highline had their unit(s) at Aberdeen from July 25th through August 1st to adjust and tweek until final testing began on the 4th.

So...they never did work in that time frame or the results were dismal (all the while the supposed patent holders chuckled at the failure and refused to help) but three days later on the 4th they went ahead with testing for THREE WEEKS with a unit that would show NO REAL FUEL SAVINGS?!?!? REALLY???? THREE WEEKS??? That could have been figured out in the first THREE HOURS.

Right.....

Sorry but I'll wait for official PR.
