Thanks Ghors. Excellent explanation. Any thoughts on how the case is postponed....short notice with a future date that is not decided and a (telephone) conference that is cancelled (probably normal because the case is pushed out)? I understand that we are all looking for a positive spin on this, but it definitely feels like the other cases that got settled on or just before schedule start date.
