Wonder if the courts in the foley case asking for so many copies of the brief means a jury trial. I can only see a jury trial as an ongoing delay tactic as it takes time to process all the mess for one. Conceivably it may not even start until next spring... more time for the foleys to enrich themselves before the older brother goes bye bye.
