It is not complicated to reply to posts on this iHub WMIH Holdings Corp. (WMIH) that you see right up above. If one has 1, 3 or 5 posts that they reply to is fine. Of note, this is the WMIH Holdings Corp. (WMIH) message board and there are interesting matters to focus on.
1. What is the status of monetizing KKR's Strategic Investment Agreement? It is clear that, opposed to what many had predicted (and anyone who didn't agree was ....), KKR did not have a pre-agreement instant plan. So what do they have in mind?
2. What happens if the monetizing is accomplished, what is the dilution if the deal is of a massive size, which WMI can do in an acquisition as the acquirer?
WMIH is not closed.
WMIH is not over (in fact, it is just starting to get interesting), and contrary to false impressions, I am certainly "in it to win it." I pay very close tick attention to WMIH, it is a mathematical analysis, and then very close monitoring since May of 2013.
Technology has also made it so that, regardless of where we are, home or away, on land, sea or in the air, we can access our communication resources; sitting at a desk is not required to participate in today's world. I note others even indicate that they are using an iPhone or iPad to post. WMIH discussions benefit from this and lets posters weigh in on a post easily and timely. You can follow people, you can email notices of replies. So technology makes participating in the WMIH iHub message board more valuable.
That being said, the topic of WMILT and escrow markers that are not yet to the level of Liquidating Trust Interests (they could be, we'll see how recoveries and claims settle out), seems to batter WMIH into coverage blackout. On those WMILT matters, I'm just not a faith, hope and trust person; I really stick to the facts and realities and can support what I post. I believe the Confirmed 7th Plan, Ballots and Equity filings about the mediated settlement and WMIH are ALL TRUE. In fact, everything has gone almost as stated "to the T."
