Let ALL SHAREHOLDERS do a "Hip, hip, HOORAY!!! for the commitment to pay the legal fees for OUR Company in the various lawsuits AGAINST OUR Company. (It's as we said before, the shareholders are behind MW, still are and are ready to put up money to save the company and investment)
Too bad this commitment was not in force PRIOR to the ALREADY EXISTING JUDGEMENTS FILED AGAINST OUR Company in EXCESS of $150,000. (There's a bit more to these judgements. appeals haven't been filed so it's not over)
AS the boot brothers have been gone for well OVER 1 year NOW, all shareholders CAN'T WAIT to review the great progress with the blue line and BAGASSE operations that MW, RW and SON have created for ALL SHAREHOLDERS. (since the boot brothers well deserved "demise") (heroes are gone and good thing)
AS All shareholders will find out when MW and RW file the 2012, 2013 and 2014 financials of IFUS that the court mandated in the boot brothers legal case AGAINST OUR Company for the DEFAULT of the $250,000 LOAN. (MW NEVER MAKING THE very FIRST INTEREST PAYMENT) (the shareholders know the real deal, not one boy worried about this reparative remark. You've been asked repetitively "why" the payment wasn't made? Could it be the heroes committed tortious interference to deliberately prevent this from happening?)
AS all shareholders will eventually find out why MW and RW NEVER told ALL SHAREHOLDERS about the IFUS GUARANTEE of the $250,000 LOAN that PUTS the whole Company at RISK and JEOPARDY. - WHY would MW and RW RISK "so" much for this $250,000 LOAN??? (Actually the shareholders know. Many know the terms and conditions. There's no cause for alarm)
IF, by chance OUR COMPANY is NOT Victorious in the boot brothers case, it seems like BANKRUPTCY is the sound alternative that MW will select (as MW went bankrupt in 2013.) MW and RW loves this way OUT and will most likely move on (as their TRACK RECORDS SO CLEARLY INDICATE) - to their next victims. (The shareholders have seen ALL the facts and know this won't happen. It's the heroes who rip people off intentionally! As said before, I have a mutual acquaintance with JS. He tells me both SA and JS both do business this way. As promised, I met with this guy today again. So we have all the facts, tell us about JS and LG and the money JS owes LG. Tell us about LG's family member who JS ripped off and owes $100k? Tell us about NC whom JS owes $33k to? Tell us about the $6600 JS owes TK for some work done for him? Tell us about the $21k JS owes RV's family because she passed away, giving almost her last dime and scammed her? Tell us about his ex's family who he owes collectively $20k? The list goes on, with 16 more people JS owes money to totaling $39k to. From the looks of this, I'd say JS is a real hero! Thief, liar and con man.....)
MOST LIKELY - BANKRUPTCY of IFUS - the SHAREHOLDERS get wiped out!!! (It will be for JS! I have the contact information of all these people and some of their families, along with JS address. Some of these people have been looking for JS for a long time. My lawyer will be sending out his address to these victims. In at least 3 cases, JS committed out and out theft. Stone cold criminal)
