Questions for olddog:

- If our trial starts on Sept 8, as the second trial of the day, does it continue to conclusion the next day, or get scheduled for completion at a later date?

- As I recall, the judge estimated six hours for the presentation portion of the trial. If that is completed on Sept 8, does that mean that the only remaining event in the process will be the announcement of his decision?

- Is there a deadline of any kind that he tries to meet in making his decision?
