I don't want to put a damper on this but I've been in similar plays when a CEO promises the world and stuff gets delayed forever...when a CEO says a merger is 99% complete but the other side wants last minute changes a red light goes on in my brain...another thing... when a CEO puts out a memo that a merger is going to happen at the beginning of the following week...run the other way...that memo is the reason I didn't buy into this...

I don't mean to bash... just sharing past experiences...I would give this about a 8 on the risky meter...
