Hot off the press: The merger is actually 99 percent complete, PB. Once a few details are ironed out, the company will release news of the merger. I received confirmation of this in an email from BBRD. I enquired whether the company has closed on the merger and asked whether the signing took place last Friday. I told them that if the company is involved in a few last minute merger procedures, they need to put out an update. Here's a summary of BBRD's email:


“Your response is absolutely correct. A large international law firm is handling the merger on the Israeli side and there are last minute adjustments.” According to the email, we should be seeing a news release to this effect.

I think we will hear from them very soon, may be within a few days. Blessings! STEVEN
