51. On April 14, 2014, the Company sold 2,500,000,000,000,000 shares to AGS Capital for $250,000.

Um, is that 2.5 quintillion shares? I should think it's a typo, but with STBV you never know.

And I really don't understand the supposedly lower o/s. Keep meaning to drop a note to the SEC.
