I don't know about you guys, but I see it this way. They take our only asset, the BIB, test it for months and months, never really talking about its progress, then out of the blue, sells it for a few hundred grand and 10M in stock, then all of a sudden, the new entity DRNE's value is over $1.00 and we are still in the sub-penny level. I feel that someone strategically took our product, placed it under a new and clean entity, and intend to make money without us long term share holders ever getting a piece of it.
There has to be a name for this, and it can't be a good one. All in my opinion. I feel ripped off for sure!
