Rumors is all it is too! Hide behind the legal process? I think its the heroes that are the one's hiding but its not going to do them any good. As for the costs of the legal fees....money well spent and in the bank. The heroes will have to pay those plus penalty (cost of money), then again, there's the shareholders.

Here are a couple quotes for the heroes (all George S. Patton) and my comments for the heroes are in bold:

1. "Battle is the most magnificent competition in which a human being can indulge. It brings out all that is best; it removes all that is base. All men are afraid in battle. The coward is the one who lets his fear overcome his sense of duty. Duty is the essence of manhood." This is what I think of the heroes SA and JS and this is why they'll lose. Neither have manhood, one uses his "manliness" to beat women (wha a stud he is!!!!) the other...has no sense of duty to anyone except himself and with 3 law firms, is the one hiding behind the legal system
2. "Watch what people are cynical about, and one can often discover what they lack." Its obvious what our heroes are cynical about. They are cynical about IFUS success. They saw this success as opportunity. So what they lack is the ability to be successfult themselves, which they've demonstrated by their actions. They have no integrity, they have to cheat, lie and steal to move forward. There's no loyalty. JS was given a job and should have been humbled enough and loyal to MW to be given a golden opportunity. Instead, he chose to collaborate and backstab...but who? Not just MW! They ackstabbed MW, IFUS and the shareholders! Each lack trust as they betrayed MW, IFUS and its shareholders and are still doing so. And they lack compassion. They could care less that they deliberately cause harm to shareholders and honest pepole who've got a lot at stake in IFUS. Another Patton Quote comes to mind with Joe "If I do my duty, the rest will take care of itself." Joe had a duty to IFUS and he didn't do it...the result is obvious. Its a shame, as good as MW and the shareholders were to him.
