Can't produce what, by law, does not exist.

Just like a police murder investigation, or an FBI terror investigation, the SEC does not disclose the status of ongoing fraud investigations.

As proof, the SEC recently filed charges against several previously suspended companies 2-3 YEARS after suspending the stocks. And during that 2-3 year period between the suspension and the Federal charges, no "screen shots or documents" were produced. None.

So why do you expect the SEC to produce such items for AEGY when there is overwhelming factual proof such things do not exist in ANY SEC fraud investigation?
