Could it be things are about to take off and they are taking the opportunity to raise more capital? I can't see them diluting the stock all the way back down to $.10 again. Don't they still have options at $.29 that they need to exercise? If we are going to see dilution again I hope it's well over the $.29 options that they awarded themselves.
