EVEN THERE'S R/S; but it will be to no bid in no time; everyone knows R/S will be last resort for ECDC; however R/S won't raise any fund anymore.

Obviously; ECDC need more fund to run; if they wish. Fund comes from investments. If ECDC make R/S one more time; I guess ECDC will be very close to bankrupt; in fact; ECDC is bankrupted now, no asset and a lot of debts.

R/S will not work for ECDC even CEO want to so. No funds are available anymore for ECDC; this company can't even pay its business license fee. Vir2o seems a trash now, only hope is Studentconnet; which fully depends on news related to Verizon.

I think no bid x 0.0001 will stay there for a while; for a long while.
