Peenut, fwiw, your point is based on confidence that Mark's assertion that ADCS will not RS until compelling revenues appear is credible.

and note that, per Sky's email posted here, Mark recently said he personally was against the RS, but that Wolff would have the final decision.

as posted, i still have 5m shares here,
and certainly would like to see a rise before RS.

but i also flipped 20m shares of this to cover cost basis and secure net profit on the stock,
because it's not my first rodeo...

historically, with his other stock, Mark stated very clearly on multiple occasions that:
1. he saw no reason to RS.
2. if he did an RS, he would warn shareholders beforehand.

a few months later, he sprung a surprise OS on us,
and we found out that the OS was at least 8 billion when Mark was stating he saw no reason to do an RS.
