There is not one chance in 10,000. I have a good deal of experience in this area. It just isn't going to happen. Even if there was a case ... which there isn't. The same will be true if the share holders decide to sue MW/RW.

These matter are complicated, intricate litigation requiring highly specialized attorneys.
