Finally some sense being made about the shorting silliness.....
"Do not use "the Daily Short Volume report", as an indication of the number of SHORTS. Not all unmatched, stay unmatched after the 30 seconds."
Yep.... once they move out of unmatched status they are matched...and not shorted.... which matches up well with the SEC reporting of no shorts here in pyct scam-land.
