I already proved my point. The SEC does not comment, either in public or private, on open investigations. What we do know is AEGY was suspended for fraud. And that fraud investigation is open and continuing. And may be for up to 5 years before charges (civil and/or criminal) are filed. As demonstrated, the SEC yesterday filed fraud charges against the management of Chimera Energy, a stock that was suspended in 2012. AEGY was suspended in 2014. You cannot expect the SEC to file charges just yet. But what you can expect is the stock remaining in the gray market and eventually dying.
