Hi guys- I saw some questions on the board regarding my email with Rich and people debating the questions I asked. I asked in the message if he would mind if I shared the information- he did not respond to that specific question so I do not see why not. Here is at least parts of my message in regards to questions asked to which he said many will be answered in annual report, if I have questions after, please ask. Here are some questions from the message:


...First being, it seems apparent that we are on the verge of a significant business transaction that is clearly being delayed. Can you please expand on the factors relating to this delay?

...Where do you see your company going after this transaction is completed?

...Do you have a time frame that you are working around with this transaction?

...Are financials expected to be released on time, and will they reflect any new transactions in terms of increased income?

...Will additional funding for ongoing business be an issue or will Yipi be able to self-sustain its own growth?
