The SEC investigation is ongoing - the proof is that the SEC had enough proof to suspend AEGY.

Why hasn't AEGY sued the SEC for wrongfully suspending them - why haven't they Filed a Form 211 to be reinstated on the Pinks?

But theory of of fraud is that AEGY has been suspended.

Didn't you notice that you had about a 85% haircut since the suspension - what more proof do you need to understand you invested in a scam.
