Peenut, your confidence does not jibe with empirical experience with Mark and Ft Wayne stocks in the past.

first off, re: "Mark N has stated no RS at this point."
that is not true. Mark has clearly stated that a RS will happen at some point.
he has simply said that he feels it shouldn't happen until ADCS has revenues to prop up the price.
but even then, he has hedged his phrasing, by saying Wolff will have the final decision.

historically, with his other stock, Mark stated very clearly on multiple occasions that:
1. he saw no reason to RS.
2. if he did an RS, he would warn shareholders beforehand.

a few months later, he sprung a surprise OS on us,
and we found out that the OS was at least 8 billion when Mark was stating he saw no reason to do an RS.

nutshell, he was either lying,
or had no clue about the reality of an 8 billion OS.
neither scenario builds investor confidence.

asserting that this time will be different seems precarious.

fwiw, i still have 5m reasons to hope Mark runs this before doing the RS.
but i flipped 15m shares at higher levels, due to prior experience with this mgmt.
