Facts are the SEC never reported and wrong doing with aegy or skto

Sadly, this is meaningless. It seems to be a common misconception among SEC-Suspended penny stock investors that if the SEC hasn't said anything immediately after the suspension it means the SEC has found nothing and the Company is off the hook. Absolutely untrue.

Securities fraud investigations take time. A lot of time. Just yesterday the SEC announced fraud charges against a group behind a stock suspended in 2012. And 2 years from suspension to fraud charges is actually fast in SEC terms.
