3/24..........king media acq 5mil pref from the fuhrer
......did they pay for those shares .surely they were not free

5/13 those 5 mil were [ assigned and transferred to schoengood ]
...what does that mean.........does he own them for free

6/6....authorized 45 mil common AND 5 mil preferred..........
.......is there now 10 mil preferred
